What is the rental process?
Looking for temporary accommodation? Contact us at (581) 500-1212 to check availability, or email us at info@condhotel.ca with your contact details and preferred arrival date. If a unit is available, we’ll finalize the rental agreement via email or in person at our office. You can pick up your keys in person at 82 chemin des Îles, Lévis.
Can I extend my lease?
Yes! You can extend your lease with 30 days’ notice.

At CondHôtel, everything is included! Your unit comes fully furnished and equipped with:

Yes! CondHôtel has EV charging stations. Please mention this when booking.
Is housekeeping available?
Yes, housekeeping is available for an additional fee, which varies based on the size of your unit.
